Three workshops, one download, one thing they share: you leave able to see the system you're standing in, and able to move.
The dinner table decided before you did. In rural Indiana, and everywhere else, the question was never "what do you want to be?" It was "what are people like us allowed to become?"
Free Agent Fresk™ is a participatory card-mapping workshop that makes the invisible forces shaping identity visible. Working from a deck across five categories, Biography, History, Social Structure, Identity Outcome, and Agency, you and your group trace the causal chain that built the Identity Algorithm™ you inherited: the beliefs absorbed as truth, the roles mistaken for the self, the ceilings installed before you were old enough to question them. Nobody hands down the diagnosis. The room draws the connections itself.
You leave with a map, a shared language, and the one distinction the whole workshop turns on: what you were told you are is a role. It is not the same as who you are.
90 minutes · active · card-based · $100 / person · group size 4-10 · In person or fully digital
Groups build one shared fresco linking biography, structure, and history.
Grounded in C. Wright Mills' sociological imagination (1959) and Cooley's looking-glass self (1902).
Great for corporate teams, community groups, academic audiences.
What can you do about it anyway? Map the system we share and discover your impact.
Most people carry a pile of disconnected climate facts and no picture of how they fit. Climate Fresk fixes the picture, not the pile.
Climate Fresk is the globally recognized systems-thinking workshop on climate, and I'm a certified facilitator. Working from a deck built on IPCC data, your group lays out the chain of cause and effect, from fossil fuels to ocean acidification to extreme weather, connecting each card to the ones it drives. You argue, you place, you link. By the end the table holds a full causal map your group built with its own hands, plus a facilitated turn toward what to do with it.
You leave understanding climate as a system, not a headline. A felt experience of how the pieces connect, not a lecture about them.
~3 hours · collaborative · card-based · $100 / person · group size 4-10 · In person or fully digital
Built on peer-reviewed IPCC science.
Great for climate literacy, ESG and sustainability teams, onboarding, offsites.
See the system by building one. The subject is your team's real goal.
Every team runs on systems nobody named: how work gets tracked, how a goal turns into daily action, how anyone knows if it's working. This workshop makes those systems visible by having your group build one together, in real time, around a goal you actually have.
Here is the loop you learn, and it's the same one behind the Identity by Design™ kit:
act → record → structure → read it back
Each person logs small daily actions tied to a shared goal as short notes in a digital calendar. At the end of the run you export those notes as structured data, a simple CSV. You feed that data to an AI with one clear prompt. The AI reads the week back to the team as a pattern: what's moving, what's stalling, what to do next. The loop stays fixed; you aim it at whatever the group needs, a mission rollout, a new skill, a quarter's goal, a team trying to move in unison.
Along the way, everyone picks up the small digital skills that gate modern work: turning behavior into data, moving that data between tools, and reading their own output with clarity instead of guesswork.
Customizable · team-based · in person or fully digital
Best for teams installing goals, missions, or new skills together.
Start solo. Prefer to try it on your own first? The one-week, role-based kit runs the same loop, pointed at you. Log a week, turn it into data, and let AI read the pattern back, your strongest role, what you're becoming, what you can put down.
